Warranty & Returns

We build iDazz™ creations to last.  However, from time to time things happen.  It is iDazz’s intent to make your experience with us highly satisfying. 

We provide a 30 day (from date of shipment), no-questions-asked warranty for all iDazz pieces. This covers any flaws, defects, damage… or the fact that you just don’t like the piece! 

If you wish to return your order within the warranty period, please click here to get your warranty/return authorization.

When you have received your return authorization number you will be asked to send the piece to:

Please ship your piece back to us in proper packaging. We recommend that you use either a padded envelope or a small box.
